I was over at the Wallkill River National Park Preserve yesterday…and in the distance I saw this white bird with black wing tips behaving somewhat like a Harrier…it was quite a distance away but I managed to get a two blurry pictures…the more I look at this Caspian tern..the more I think it may have one of them…citicelt@warwick.net….will post a picture when I locate file on my card
